摘　　要：2013年，“电城”、“烂尾”、“跑路”、“钱紧”等热浏，一波又一波地冲击着中国社会的神经就在盛爱流火中，“曹妃甸”搭配上“巨额债务”、“光环褪去”、“烂尾”、“底特律破产”等概念，继鄂尔多斯和神木等地之后，进入社会各界关注的视线，Since its development and construction started in 2003,Caofeidian has developed from a small island with an area of less than four square kilometers into an industrial zone with a total investment of RMB300 billion and the planning area of 380 square kilometers.The area involved in the project of building the island by filling the sea reaches 230 square kilometers.During the past ten years,a total of 352 projects with an investment of over RMB 100 million have been implemented in Caofeidian,involving a total investment of RMB 561.12 billion,among which,217 are still under construction,involving an investment of RMB283.11 billion.Ten years of construction does have borne fruit.However,the investment in Caofeidian shows a downward trend in recent years,due to the enhanced domestic macro-control,increased downward pressure on economic activities,excessive borrowing for development and construction,and the poor return on initial investment.Currently,the project amount in Caofeidian has fallen a great deal compared to that in the first three years,which can be reflected in the construction machinery:The number of excavators has reduced by half;the use rate of truck cranes is less than 30%;only a 25-tone truck crane was purchased in the first half year,which clearly does not match Caofeidian's total inventory of 600 truck cranes.Caofeidian's future development trend will have an impact on China's construction machinery market.
