胫骨平台骨折手术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析手术治疗胫骨平台骨折34例临床资料,其中有6例单纯压缩骨折,10例单柱骨折,13例双柱骨折和5例三柱骨折。对于双柱和三柱骨折则采取联合入路进行手术,共18例;其余则采用单侧入路进行手术治疗,共16例。结果:按Rasmussen评分标准评定,优20例,良12例,可2例,差0例,手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效满意。结论:手术治疗胫骨平台骨折需选择好的术前分型,良好的解剖复位,坚强的内固定,积极早期处理合并伤,早期的膝关节功能锻炼。Objective To analyze the operation treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 34 cases of the treatment of tibial plateau fracture operation,including 6 cases of simple compression fracture,10 cases of single column fracture,13cases of double column fracture and 5 cases of three column fracture.For double column and the three column fracture by combined approach of operation,a total of 18 patients with unilateral approach;the rest were operation treatment,a total of 16 cases.Results According to Rasmussen criteria,excellent in 20 cases,good in 12 cases,2 cases,poor in 0 cases,operation treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Conclusion The operation treatment of tibial plateau should choose good preoperative fracture,anatomical reduction,rigid internal fixation,take early treatment of associated injury,early function exercise of knee joint.
