腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆心反射39例临床防治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨39例胆囊疾病合并胆心反射治疗的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析39例胆囊疾病施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发胆心反射的临床资料。结果:31例于术后1周内症状完全消失;5例术后1个月内症状消失,3例术后半年内症状消失,复查心电图恢复正常。结论:改善心肌血供、纠正心律失常、防止水、电解质及酸碱失衡等充分的术前准备,术中避免过度牵拉胆囊、封闭胆囊三角是降低胆心反射发生的有效方法。Objective To summarize therapy clinical experience about the 39 cases of gallbladder disease combining with cardiac reflex.Methods Retrospective analyses clinical data about 39 cases of gallbladder disease combining with cardiac reflex in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The symptoms of 31 cases after operation 1 week disappeared completely;the symptoms of 5 cases after operation disappeared about 1month,the symptoms of 3 cases after operation disappeared about half year,ECG returned to normal.Conclusion Cystic resection is the treatment of gallbladder disease combining with cardiac reflex.The essence of cardiac reflex is very important for the prevention and treatment about cardiac reflex as well as the preoperative preparation and intraoperative treatment.Intraoperative laparoscopic reduced the stimulation of the vagus nerves,gently operation and reduced guyed,could reduce the occurrence of cardiac reflex.
