广西罗非鱼加工出口业发展现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：广西作为中国罗非鱼养殖的优势区域之一,罗非鱼产业的发展得到了国家及广西区政府的高度重视。出口创汇是广西罗非鱼重要的产业形式,因此,加强罗非鱼加工出口业的竞争力对于罗非鱼产业的发展具有重要意义。在实地调研的基础上,就广西罗非鱼加工出口业的现状进行分析研究。目前广西罗非鱼加工业已初具标准化、规模化和集团化,但其发展仍然面临着一些问题与挑战,比如企业产业化水平不高、均衡上市得不到解决、产品质量安全监控措施不健全等。因此,要通过加强政策扶持力度、财政投入力度以及扶持罗非鱼加工龙头企业等措施给广西罗非鱼加工出口业营造一个良好的环境,使其健康、稳定地发展。As one of the advantage areas of China＇ s tilapia farming, development of tilapia in Guangxi get great importance from state and the district government in Guangxi. Earning foreign exchange through exports is an important industrial form of tilapia industry in Guaugxi. Therefore, enhancing competitiveness of processing exports has a very important significance for the development of tilapia industry. Based on the field survey, the author studied and analyzed the status of processing exports of tilapia industry in Guangxi. At present, standardization, scale and group had taken initial shape in tilapia processing industry in Guangxi. However, there were some problems and challenges during the development process, such as the low industrialization level in aquatic products processing company, the difficulties in equilibrium listed and lack of monitoring measures about products quality safety. Therefore, policy and finance support for this industry should be strengthened and tilapia processing leading enterprise should be supported so that tilapia processing exports can develop steady and healthily within a favorable environment.
