摘 要:目的:研究蒺藜提取物对大强度耐力运动大鼠一次力竭运动时间的影响及其机制。方法:将32只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、蒺藜组、运动组和蒺藜+运动组。运动大鼠进行大强度的5周递增负荷运动,每周运动6 d。5周耐力运动后进行30 min、强度为30 m/min的跑台运动,检测运动前和运动后30min、2 h的血乳酸和血糖水平。第2天进行一次力竭运动,记录力竭时间。运动结束后36 h取血,检测血浆睾酮水平、血红细胞数、Hb含量。之后,处死大鼠取腓肠肌和比目鱼肌,天平秤重,BCA法检测其蛋白浓度。结果:1)5周耐力运动后,蒺藜+运动组大鼠的一次力竭运动时间比运动组大鼠显著延长;2)与运动组比较,蒺藜+运动组大鼠的睾酮水平显著增加,且与安静对照组无显著性差异;3)与运动组比较,蒺藜+运动组大鼠的腓肠肌蛋白浓度显著增加,但腓肠肌的相对质量无差异,比目鱼肌的蛋白浓度无改变;4)蒺藜组与安静对照组、蒺藜+运动组与运动组比较,运动后30 min的血乳酸水平无显著性差异,而血糖水平在运动后30 min显著增加,且血红细胞数、Hb含量无显著性差异。结论:1)蒺藜提取物能提高大强度耐力运动大鼠的运动能力;2)蒺藜提取物增加耐力运动大鼠的血浆睾酮水平、腓肠肌的蛋白浓度以及运动后的血糖水平,这可能与其提高耐力运动大鼠的运动能力有关;3)蒺藜提取物对耐力运动和不运动大鼠的血红细胞数、Hb含量无影响。Objective: It is to investigate the effects of tribulus terristris on the time of exhaustion in rats with high intensitytraining as well as its mechanism. Methods: 32 SD rats were randomly divided into control group ( C, n = 8), tribulus terrestris group ( TT, n = 8 ), exercise group ( E, n = 8 ) and Tribulus terrstris + exercise (TT + E, n = 8) group. The last 2 groups were trained on a motor-driven treadmill with a progressively increasing load for 5 weeks. The second to last day during 5 weeks endurance training, the rat completed 30 min running at speed of 30 m/min. The blood of rats was drawn to detect the levels of lactic acid and sugar before and at 30 min and 2 h after exercise. 36h after exhaustive exercise at the last day of 5 weeks training, the blood of rats were taken to determine the plasma levels of testosterone. Then the rats were decapitated to collect soleus and gastrocnemius, and the weight and protein concentration of these tissues were detected by balance and BCA method, respectively. Results : 1 ) TT resulted in the extension of the time of exhaustion in rats with high intensity training. 2) Compared with Exercise group, TT + E group had a significant increase in the plasma levels of testosterone, but with no difference with C group. 3 ) Enhancement of protein levels of gastrocnemius were detected in rats of TT + E group compared with exercise group, while the relative weight (ratio of muscle weight and body weight) of gastrocnemius unchanged. What surprised was that the relative weight of soleus was reduced and the protein levels of soleus kept stable in rats of TT + E group compared with exercise group. 4) TT significantly increased blood sugar at 30 min after exercise in rats of high intensity training, and no difference of blood sugar at 2 h after exercise and blood lactic acid at 30 rain after exercise were observed. No change of the quantity of RBC and amount of Hb were found. Conclusions: TT extends the time of exhaustion in rats with high
