摘  要:为研究紫萁小菇的生物学特性,设置不同的温度、光照、pH和营养物质条件,观察紫萁小菇菌丝的生长情况。结果表明:菌丝在5℃和高于35℃的条件下不能生长,10~15℃和30℃生长速度缓慢,最适生长温度为20~25℃;光照条件对紫萁小菇菌丝的生长影响不大;紫萁小菇在pH 4.5~10.5均能生长,最适pH 4.5左右,中性和偏酸性条件下菌丝生长情况明显好于偏碱性条件;菌丝在PDA培养基上生长最快;不同氮源中长势最好的是甘氨酸。This experiment was aimed at studying the biological characteristics of Myeena osmundieola Lange. We set different conditions of temperature, light, pH and nutrient to observe the growth situation of Myeena osmundieola Lange' s mycelium. The results showed thati mycelium couldn't grow at 5℃ and above 35℃, and grew slowly between 10℃ and 15℃ and at 30℃. The optimum temperature was between 20℃ and 25℃. Illumination had no effect on the growth of the mycelium. There was a wide range pH for its growth, from 4.5 to 10.5, and the optimum pH was about 4.5. Under the conditions of neutral and partial acid the mycelium' s growth situation was much better than alkaline condition. The effects of different carton source on the growth of mycelium showed that it grew fast on the PDA, and glycin as nitrogen in all for mycelium growth was the best.
