闽台农村科技信息传播状况的比较与借鉴

摘　　要：从信息服务主体、信息服务内容、信息传播载体、信息传播支撑体系以及服务方式等角度对闽台农村科技信息传播状况进行了比较,借鉴其经验,提出了几种新的传播模式,并从政府服务方式、农村信息基础设施建设、农村信息传播队伍建设以及资源建设等角度提出了建立福建省农村科技信息传播创新体系的对策。还提出了应建立闽台农村科技信息传播合作机制,拓展政策空间、建立策略联盟、拓宽沟通渠道。From some aspects such as service subject, information service content, information communication carrier, information communication support system and service means, this article compared rural scientific and technological information communication between Fujian and Taiwan. Puts forward several new communication modes, gave some advices on the building of Fujian rural scientific and technological information communication innovation system from the perspective of government service ways, rural information infrastructure construction, information dissemination team construction and resource construction. This article also put forward some advice on innovating the rural scientific and technological information communication cooperation mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan such as adopting further polices, establishing strategic alliances and widing communication channels.
