摘　　要：为解决该拉伸变形丝(DTY)在退绕过程中易出现打结、断头的问题,从其加工工艺、设备部件等方面入手,确定了加工时,在保证无毛丝、紧捻、网丝、弹性均匀的前提下,设定超喂率3.0%,交叉角22°,卷装硬度75 HS时,可使卷重4.0 kg的DTY退绕速度达到1 800 m/min。In order to solve the knotting and end breaking problem easy to occur during the unwinding process of PET/PA6 composite 55 dtex/36 f DTY, starting with the aspects such as processing technology and equipment parts, on the premise of guarantee no broken filament, hard twist, net wire and elastic uniform, when the overfeed ratio is 3.0% , the cross angle is 22°, the package hardness is 75 HS, the unwinding speed of the DTY which volumemass is 4.0 kg can reach 1 800 m/min.
