摘　　要：盘山电厂3号汽轮机组由哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司设计制造,受当时设计及制造工艺水平限制,存在诸多不完善之处,各项经济技术指标无法满足设计要求。通流改造从优化机组通流部分和改进汽封的结构两方面入手,提高机组经济性。No.3 steam turbine of Panshan Power Plant was designed and manufactured by Harbin Turbine Co.Ltd.. Restricted by theevel of design and manufacturing technology 1 at the time, there were many imperfections, and the economic and technical in- dicators can not meet the design requirements. Do the through-flow reconstruct by optimizing the unit and improving the seal structure, in order to enhance the efficiency.
