摘　　要：借鉴国内文化产业先进地区载体建设经验,通过设立海南省非物质文化遗产生产性保护示范基地、完善海南国际创意港等园区建设、组建海南省文化投资控股有限公司等,完善海南文化产业载体建设。与此同时,海南要做好人才发展基础性工作,强化人才引进的(文化)产业导向、培育人才成长环境等。Referring to dustry, Hainan is suggested the experience of the carrier construction in the domestic successful cultural in- to perfect its cultural industry carrier construction by establishing the province＇s intangible cultural heritage protection demonstration base, constructing such parks as Hainan International Creative Port, and setting up Hainan Province Cultural Investment Holdings Ltd. , and so on. Meanwhile it should complete the basic work for talents development, strengthen the cultural industry guide for talent intro- duction and cultivating talent growth environment, etc.
