摘　　要：以比较文学形象学为理论基础,以19世纪40年代到20世纪前十年以来外国游记为文本,细致梳理这些游记笔下的镇江形象,发现随着鸦片战争的失败,近代以来外国游记中的镇江渐渐从一个富庶的乌托邦之城降格为破落的东方之城。Based on the foreign travels in the period from the 1840s to the 1910s, this paper tries to expound the image of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu from the view of Imagologie in Comparative Literature. Thus, a prosperous utopian city of Zhenjiang was gradually converted into a run - down oriental city after the two opium wars in such travel journals.
