摘　　要：新形势下经济关系、生活方式、思维方式走向了多样化、多元化。这些新变化给思想政治工作者提出新的挑战。要做好企业员工的思想政治工作,就必须提高政工人员的综合素质。这些素质包括大局观、服务意识和创新能力等。Under the diversity and diversification of new economic relations, life styles and ways of thinking, a great challenge is given to those who undertake the ideological and political work. It is essential to improve the qualities of political personnel comprehensively, such as their insights, sense of service and creative capability, etc.
