老龄化背景下城乡规划应对研究——以江苏为例

摘　　要：针对江苏人口老龄化发展态势和养老设施建设情况,本文以营造老年友好型的城乡整体环境为出发点,分析了老龄化背景下城乡规划应该关注的老龄人口居住、交通、公共服务设施、公共空间等要素,提出了城乡规划的相关"适老化"规划编制应对,结合江苏省城镇体系规划探索了江苏养老服务设施规划。Based on the trend of population aging and the condition of nursing facilities for the elderly in Jiangsu Province, this paper grounds itself in creating an elderly-friendly urban-rural environment and analyzes the factors that should be concerned by the urban-rural planning under the background of population aging, such as housing, transportation, public service facilities, and public spaces for the elderly. The paper proposes some elderly-oriented arrangements from the perspective of urban-rural planning, and explores the service facility planning for the elderly in combination with the urban system planning of Jiangsu Province.
