摘　　要：第二轮志书在篇目设计和内容编写方面仍然存在一些问题,这些问题或多或少地影响着志书的质量。篇目结构层次、时代气息、地方特色、新的体式等方面存在的问题对志书质量带来影响;内容资料贫乏、内容不实、著述性不强对志书质量也带来影响。当前方志界对志书编纂普遍缺乏高度重视。Issues and defects with chapter headings design and contents compilation still exist in the second-round local records,which more or less affect the overall quality of local records.Specific issues relate to structure and settings of chapter headings,characteristics of the time,characteristics of local environment,emerging styles,and new forms affecting the quality of local records.Insufficient contents and reference materials,untruthful contents,and weak authorship also affect the quality of local records.Besides,inadequate attention is being attached to the compliation work in the field of local records work.
