摘　　要：本文从学校体育场馆资源向社区开发的必要性出发,分析了影响向社区开放的制约因素,并提出了加强政策建设和开放重要性的认识;加强评估推进开放政策的落实;落实责任保险解决后顾之忧和加强宣传并拓宽开放手段。Starting from the necessity of school sports venues resource to the community development, this paper analyzes the factors restricting school sports venues opening to community, puts forward the importance to strengthen the awareness, construction and the open policy, strengthen the assessment of the implementation of the policy of promoting open policy and implement the liability insurance to solve any menace.
