摘　　要：裁判员作为篮球场上的执法者,他的行为影响着场上运动员的情绪和他们技、战术水平的正常发挥。裁判员的判罚准确与否,很大程度上影响着球员水平的发挥和比赛结果。影响裁判员判罚的主要因素有:裁判员的技能水平、临场的心理素质以及临场的情绪等。本文运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法对影响篮球裁判员正确判罚的因素进行研究。As enforcers on the basketball court, referee＇ s behavior affects the field athletes to use their emotions and their level of technology and tactics. Referee decisions is accurate or not, to a large extent affects the level of players and the result of the match. The main factors influencing the referee decisions are refereeon - the - spot psychological quality of skill levels and the emotion. This paper, using the method of literature review, observa- tion and interview, studies the influencing factors of basketball referees right decision.
