摘　　要：健身教练作为一时下热门职业,其培训机构的火爆程度超乎想象。在市场经济与政府宏观调控结合不是很紧密的今天,健身教练培训产业由于暴利和无序竞争引发的问题颇多。现有健身俱乐部研究多集中于健身教练技能的评价体系、俱乐部管理方式探究以及俱乐部运营模式等领域,而对于如何规范健身教练培训的研究还不是很多。本文基于个人经历与专业兴趣,以健身教练培训理论为指导,通过对国内外健身教练培训的研究及对武汉市体育健身俱乐部教练培训的发展历程及现状进行调查分析,以期寻求一种有效的培训模式,从健身教练培训导师专业素质、学生生源、培训内容设置、毕业认证、就业以及再教育的具体实施模式来规范武汉市的健身教练培训行业。Nowadays, becoming a fitness coach is more and more popular. The degree of popularity of fitness centers is hot beyond our imagination. However, recently the realities in the marketplace and government regula- tion and control are out of step with one another. This is due to profiteering and ruthless competition, which has caused quite a few problems. Existing studies focus on evaluating the skills of the fitness instructor, but there is a lack of theory concerning standardization of fitness training and regulation of fitness club management. This paper, based on personal experience and professional interest, taking the theory of fitness coach training ＇s guideline, makes investigation on sport fitness club coach training and development in Wuhan city. The main purpose is to find out effective training pattern.
