摘　　要：通过对BOT投资方式基本知识的介绍及其在煤炭企业中境外投资中的应用实践,阐述BOT模式的优势和煤矿企业应用该模式需要特别注意的问题。With the introduction on the basic knowledge of the BOT investment mode and the applied practices of the over- seas investment by the coal enterprises, the paper stated the advantages of the BOT mode and the issues specially noted in the application of the mode by the coal mine enterprises.
