摘  要:建立了一种测定裂解碳四(C4)组成的毛细管气相色谱分析方法.该方法选用HP-Al2O3/M PLOT毛细管色谱柱,应用新型的闪蒸汽化装置,采用和待测样品浓度接近的标样校正,并采用校正面积归一法定量.结果表明,在优化的色谱条件下,裂解C4中各组分都能得到良好的分离;闪蒸汽化装置可以在汽化过程中限制液体样品的流速,并可通过阀切换实现静态进样;各组分质量分数测定结果的回收率在90.0% ~ 120.0%,5次重复测定相对标准偏差均小于6.86%,烃类组分质量分数的检测限低于0.001%,测定结果与配制值相一致.A new gas chromatography method was established for determining the composition of pyrolysis C4 fraction using a HP-Al2O3/M PLOT capillary column and a novel flash vaporization device by standard sample its concentration was close to that of testing sample,correction and area normalization quantitative method.The results showed that the hydrocarbon components existed in pyrolysis C4 fraction could be well separated at the optimum chromatographic conditions.The flash vaporization device could control the flow rate of liquid sample and realize static injection through valve-switching.The recoveries for component determinations by this method range between 90.0%-120.0%,the relative standard deviations were less than 6.86% for 5 repeated determinations,and the detection limit was less than 0.001%.The determintion results were in line with contents of standard samples.
