摘 要:为了提高电子仪器、设备的抗干扰能力,适应日益复杂的空间电磁环境,给出了一种新型的可变带宽YIG调谐带阻滤波器设计。通过磁路结构、耦合模式、驱动电路设计、仿真和优化,采用自屏蔽同体磁路、稳恒直流磁场、双路对称级联耦合和数字控制及补偿技术,在6-12GHz频率范围,实现了-40dB阻带宽度0~20MHz范围任意可调。使用中可通过数字控制端口便捷选择原阻带带宽模式、可变带宽模式或双阻带模式等三种典型的工作模式,抑制不同频率和频宽的大信号阻塞干扰。In order to improve the anti-interference ability of electronic instruments and equipment, to adapt to increasingly complex space environment, this paper presents a new kind of variable bandwidth YIG-tuned band rejection filter. Based on simulation and optimization of magnetic circuit structure, coupling model, driver circuit and by applying steady DC magnetic field, self shielding integrated magnetic circuit, and two-way symmetrical cascade coupling and digital control and compensation techniques, YIG-tuned filter is realized with 0 to 20MHz varible bandwidth of 40 dB stopband width in 6 to 12 GHZ frequency range. With the digital control port, three typical work modes including stopband bandwidth, variable bandwidth and dual stopband can be selected to reject large signal block interferenc of different frequency and frequency width.
