摘　　要：简要介绍了国内外能效测评标识情况,重点论述了安徽省民用建筑能效测评标识的研究,建筑节能设计、检测及能效测评标识标准等技术标准体系建设,建立的3家省级能效测评机构、开展第二批省级能效测评机构评审与认定,能效测评标识管理及实施等情况,展示了行业发展趋势。This article briefly described the evaluation and labeling for building energy-efficiency in China and abroad, especially focused on researching this for our Anhui province, how to build the standard system about designing,testing and evaluation for building energy conservation. We introduced three provincial Energy-efficiency evaluation agencies, the review and confirmation for the second batch of agencies,and the management and implementation of Energy-efficiency labeling. At last, we revealed some development trends in this area.
