摘  要:于1990年在东北林业大学种苗室进行实验,对侧柏(Thula orientalis)种子用不同分子量、不同浓度及不同回干时间的PEG进行渗透调节处理。实验结果:(1)不同分子量的PEG(6000,10000,20000)处理,对侧柏种子的发芽势和发芽率均有明显的促进作用,尤以PEG—10000处理为最佳;(2);同一分子量(PEG-10000)不同浓度的PEG处理,对侧柏种子的发芽势,发芽率及简化活力指数的影响也不同,在浓度低于30%时均有不同程度的促进作用,其最佳处理浓度为20%-25%,当浓度大于35%时具有明显的抑制作用;(3)浓度为20%的PEG-10000的最佳渗透处理时间为2-4d,最高不能超过6d,超过8d时具有明显的抑制作用;(4)低分子量的PEG-60000处理后不宜进行回干,而高分子的PEG(10000,20000)处理后,若再进行回干处理可降低种子侵出液的电导率,提高种子的发芽率和种子活力,其回干时间以6—8h为宜;室内模拟田间实验结果,凡经过PEG处理的种子出土整齐、出苗率高。Experimcnts on the germination of Thuia orientalis seeds osmose adjusted and trcated by different molecular weight, different concentration and different time of natural air-dry after osmose treatment of PEG have been carried in the seedling laboratory of Northcast Forestry University in 1990. The results are as follows: (1) It shows significant promoting effects on the germination energy of the seeds by different molecular weight of PEG( 6000, 10000and 20000 ), and PEG-10000 is the best.(2) Different effects on germination energy, germination capacity and simplex vigor index are made by different concentration of the same weight molecular (PEG-10000), the promoting effects arc shown when the concentration is below 30%, and from 20% to 30% is the best range ,but inhibitions will be shown if the concentration is more than 35%.(3) The most suitable time of osmose treatment of PEG-10000 with concentration of 20% is from 2 to 4 days, not more than 6 days, but, it will show significant inhibitions if the time is more than 8 days. (4) The treatment of PEG-6000 with lower molecular weight is not suitable for natural air-dry, but, the treatments of PEG-10000 and PEG-20000 with higher molecular weight can increase the germination capacity and sccd vigor, and dccrcase the electric conductivity of seed soaking liquid after the natural air-dry treatment. The suitable time of natural air-dry is about 6 to 8 hours. It is also concluded that PEG osmose treatment is an effective method to increase the germination capacity by the field-imitation trial in the laboratory.
