摘  要:介绍了高射炮弹炮刚柔耦合发射动力学仿真及基于ADAMS的二次开发技术。在全炮系统的动力学模型中,对身管进行了柔性化处理,并考虑了弹丸与柔性身管的相互作用,计算了火炮连续发射时的动力学响应,为全面分析影响射击精度的原因提供了一定的参考价值。同时,基于ADAMS定制了适用于交互式发射动力学仿真的菜单和对话框,为火炮产品的虚拟设计提供了技术基础和工具。Simulation of projectile-barrel rigid-flexible coupling launch dynamics for anti-aircraft gun and the secondary development technology based on ADAMS were discussed. In the dynamic model of antiair craft gun system, both of barrels were flexible and the interaction between the projectile and the flexible barrel was considered. With this model, the dynamic responses of the anti-aircraft gun which is in contin- uous firing were simulated, which provides the general analysis on factors affecting the firing accuracy with some reference value. And then, the menus and dialog boxes which are suitable for interactive launch dynamic simulation were customized by the secondary development technology based on ADAMS. This method can be applied to the virtual designing of gun products.
