摘 要:根据某自动机工作原理,分析了可能产生异常射出1发弹故障的原因,建立了故障模式。采用故障树诊断方法,详细剖析了异常射出1发弹故障的原因。经过多方排查验证,最终原因是转膛体衬套与炮箱的轴向间隙预留不足,多次点射引起转膛衬套温度升高而膨胀,导致转膛体、转膛衬套与炮箱的摩擦转动阻力矩增大,造成击发不响、间隔数十秒后又射出1发弹故障。经计算分析和多次试验验证,适当减短转膛衬套,再未出现该异常发射故障。According to the operating principle of the revolving automatic mechanism, the fault reason for possibly abnormal firing a round was analyzed, and its fault mode was set up. By means of the fault tree diagnosis method, the fault reason for abnormal firing a round was dissected in detail. With the help of checking and examination in many ways, ultimately the reason was found out that the axial clearance be- tween the revolving lining and the receiver was obligated to be insufficient, the repeatedly firing in burst gave rise to the temperature increment of the revolving lining so as to produce the expansion, the friction rotary resisting moment was enlarged to cause the firing not to ring and again to fire a fault round. By ways of the computation and analysis as well as a number of experimental verifications, the revolving lin- ing was shorted suitably, the fault of the abnormal firing was not appeared again.
