农民工城市就业发展路径及现状特征--基于1983～2012年的数据分析

摘　　要：本文以农民工为研究对象,根据多方面数据,依据总量及增长率的变化特点,分析了不同时代特征下的农民工城市就业问题,并将该发展过程分为四个阶段。本文主要通过对外出农民工总体规模、流动格局以及收入状况三个方面,来分析农民工城市就业的现阶段特征。结果呈现出农民工外出总量增长减缓,举家外出、省际流动减少、向大中城市聚集以及中、西部地区收入水平迅速追赶的现象。The study is analyzed of the migrant workers. According to various data and the changing characteristics, we make a detailed analysis of employment problems of migrant workers based on the total amount and the growth rate within different times. In this paper, the development path are divided into four stages. We reflect the current characteristics of the migrant workers＇ employment problems through three parts, which are the overall size of migrant workers, the flowing pat- terns and the income status. The results can be showed as follows ： the overall growth of the migrant workers has decreased, the family outing pattern has changed, the inter-provincial flow has declined, aggregation of the medium and large cities, and the income levels of central and western regions have caught up rapidly.
