摘 要:为了提高制浆造纸碱回收白泥白度,研究了草浆碱回收绿液水不溶物含量对草浆碱回收白泥光学性能的影响。实验结果显示,草浆绿液中的水不溶物是影响白泥白度的主要因素,草浆绿液水不溶物含量越高,白泥白度越低;当浊绿液经滤纸过滤,去除绿液中的水不溶物后,所制备白泥白度增幅达到7.9个百分点;有效降低草浆绿液中的水不溶物含量是降低白泥与商品PCC(沉淀CaCO3)色差的关键。When the lime mud from chemical recovery is used as filler, its application scope and utilization amount are limited by its short- comings of lower whiteness. In order to improve the whiteness of lime mud, the effect of insoluble materials in green liquor on whitness of lime mud was studied. The results showed that insoluble materials in green liquor was the key factor affecting the whiteness of lime mud. The more content of insoluble materials, the lower whiteness of lime mud. When insoluble materials were removed from the green liquor by filtra- tion, the whiteness of lime mud was increased by 7.9 points. At the same time, reducing the content of insoluble materials in green liquor was significent for reduceing the whiteness difference between lime mud and market PCC.
