摘　　要：山东太阳纸业对大型纸机助留助滤剂稀释水系统进行改造,采用TrumpJetTM稀释系统代替传统的稀释水系统,改造后新鲜水水耗大幅降低、生产成本明显降低、助留助滤效果得到改善、生产的涂布原纸匀度得到提高。Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co., Ltd., has achieved a new breakthrough in cleaner production after using TrumpJetTM dilution systems to replace the conventional retention aid dilution system in Tianzhang PM19 （4950 mm width, and 1300 m/min speed）. The benefits of using TrumpJetTM systems include saving fresh water consumption, significantly, reducing production cost, improving retention rate, upgrading paper formation and paper printing quality.
