摘 要:以沉香叶为原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验,探讨乙醇浓度、液固比、提取时间和提取温度对芒果苷提取率的影响,并以提取率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。试验结果表明,沉香叶中芒果苷的最佳提取工艺为:采用体积分数70%的乙醇,液固比20,提取温度90℃,回流提取2次,每次1h。在此优化工艺条件下,芒果苷得率达3.31%。In this study,the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.)Gilg was used as raw material.The effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid to material,extraction time and extraction temperature on extraction ratio of mangiferin were studied by using a single factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment.And the extraction process was optimized by using extraction ratio as evaluation index.The results showed that the best extraction process of mangiferin was as follows:70% ethanol,ratio of liquid to material 20∶ 1,two times of reflux extraction at 90℃,each for 1 h.The extraction rate of mangiferin was 3.31% under the optimized extraction process.
