摘  要:以白花柽柳的茎段为外植体,进行组织培养和快速繁殖研究。结果表明:以MS培养基添加1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D诱导愈伤组织的效果最好,出愈率达98.4%;以MS培养基添加1.5 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA诱导愈伤组织产生芽的效果最好,出芽率达45.0%。以MS培养基添加1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA直接诱导产生丛生芽的效果最好,出芽率达98.68%。以1/4 MS培养基诱导生根的效果最好,生根率达93%;以V沙子∶V草炭∶V珍珠岩=1∶1∶1的混合基质有利于试管苗的移栽,成活率达80%。In the study of tissue culture and rapid propagation,the explants were the stem segments of Tamarix androssowii Litv.The results indicated:The optimal medium for inducing callus was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D,the callus induction rate was 98.4% ; the optimal proliferation medium was MS + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.5 mg/L IBA,the rate of adventitious bud induction was 45%.The optimal proliferation medium directly from stem segments was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L IBA,the rate of adventitious bud induction reached 98.64%.The suitable rooting medium was 1/4MS,the rooting rate was 93% ; The optimal matrix for the transplant of the plantlets was sand∶ peat∶ perlite =1∶ 1∶ 1,in which the survival rate of plantlets could reach 80%.
