摘 要:为了降低白榆深根苗的培育成本,分别探讨了塑料育苗袋替代PVC导根筒、杨树叶与玉米秸秆腐熟基质替代市售轻基质培育白榆深根苗的有效性,并对培育成本进行了比较分析。结果表明:以塑料育苗袋替代PVC管导根筒、以杨树叶或玉米秸秆等腐熟基质替代市售轻基质材料,完全能够满足培育白榆深根苗的需要。替代后的白榆深根苗培育成本比替代前降低66.7%。To reduce the cost,the original PVC tube and light media on market were replaced with plastic breeding-bag and composted substrate of poplar leaf and corn stalk to breed long root-seedling of Ulmus pumila.The effectiveness and cost were also compared in this paper.The results showed that:using of plastic breeding-bag and composted substrate of poplar leaf and corn stalk could meet the demand of cultivation of the long root-seedling,which was comparable to the original PVC tube with light media on market.The cost could also be reduced by 66.7% for the cultivation of long root-seedling.
