构建创新型科研院服务绿色湖南建设的思考

摘　　要：湖南省委、省政府作出了建设"绿色湖南"的重大举措,为林业科技发展带来了机遇和挑战。湖南省林业科学院作为省级林业科研单位,应紧紧围绕绿色湖南建设这一主线,牢牢抓住科技创新、人才培养两个关键,着力采取完善激励机制、加强平台建设、强化资金筹措、提升单位形象等四项措施,构建创新型林业科研院,更好地支撑和服务绿色湖南建设。There have been great challenges for forestry science and technology in the face of the Hunan＇ s provincial strategy to build a ＂Green Hunan＂ . As a provincial forestry research institution, Hunan Academy of Forestry （HAF） should seize this opportunity and attach great importance to scientific and technological innovation and the training of professional talents. Taken the four measures con- eerning the perfection of motivation system, the improvement of research platforms, securing financing, and raising the HAF＇ s status, HAF have been building an innovative research institution which attempts to better support the construction of ＂Green Hunan＂ .
