摘 要:为了解决某薄芯气冷叶片断芯、疏松等影响铸件合格率的问题,开展了铸件浇注工艺研究。找出了浇注温度、型壳温度、浇注速度、浇注系统等主要工艺因素与铸件晶粒尺寸、铸件断芯等缺陷的关系。设计出一种可有效防止钢水冲击断芯并对铸件良好补缩的浇注系统。研究表明,提高型壳温度、降低浇注速度有利于晶粒细化、防止钢水冲击断芯;底注式浇注系统和交汇式补缩系统对减少铸件断芯有利。实践证明,这种铸造工艺有效提高了铸件合格率。To solve the problem of core fracture and loose during casting process, tests were carried out, and the effects of pouring temperature, mold shell temperature, casting speed, pouring system and casting grain size on casting core fracture was studied. A kind of gating system has been designed, which can effectively prevent the mohen steel impact on the core. The result shows that increasing the shell temperature and reducing the pouring velocity are beneficial to grain refinement and preventing the molten steel impact break- age. It is effective to reduce the casting core fracture by bottom gating system and intersection type feeding sys- tem. It has proved that the casting process can eflhctively improve the qualified rate of the casts.
