摘 要:通过对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金复合添加微量Sc、Zr元素,研究了其在普通金属型铸造和挤压铸造态的组织性能。结果发现,通过Sc、Zr的复合添加,有效细化了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的铸态组织,降低了枝晶偏析,提高了合金的力学性能;通过挤压铸造成形,不仅可以提高合金的致密性,减少缩松、裂纹等缺陷,同时对合金凝固组织具有一定的细化作用。通过微合金化和挤压铸造成形方式的结合,最终可得到均匀细化、致密、少缺陷的合金组织。Trace elements Sc and Zr were added into the AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys, and the differences of the microstructures and properties of the alloy prepared were compared in gravity casting and in squeeze casting. The results show that through the addition of trace elements Sc and Zr, as-cast microstructure of the AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys is refined effectively, and dendrite segregation is relieved, so the mechanical properties of alloy are improved. Through squeeze casting, the compactness of the alloys is improved, and the probability of occurrence of shrinkage porosity (holes) and segregation are decreased. In addition, the grain can be refined by the pressure on the alloy melt. Combined the element Sc-Zr microalloying with squeeze casting, AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy with uniform, compact, little defect microstructures can be obtained, which provides a new way to the AI-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy forming.
