摘  要:利用光学显微镜、SEM及拉伸试验,研究了挤压温度对AZ81镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压变形后合金发生了动态再结晶,形成了等轴晶粒,晶粒尺寸得到显著细化,合金的力学性能大幅提升。在370~400℃温度区间内,随着挤压温度的升高,合金晶粒粗化,强度和塑性逐渐降低,但仍远高于铸态。当挤压比为32,挤压温度为370℃时,AZ81镁合金可得到细化均匀的组织和良好的力学性能。Effects of extrusion temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ81 magnesium alloy were investigated by optical microscope (OM), SEM (scanning electron microscope) and tensile testing. It is found that extrusion deformation can fine the grain size of magnesium alloy and generate the equiaxed grains as well as increasing its mechanical properties remarkably as a result of dynamic recrystallization. At 370℃~400℃, the grains size is coarsened, resulting in the decrease of the strength and plasticity gradually with the increase of the extrusion temperature, however, they are still higher than those of the as-cast one. In the experiment, the AZ81 magnesium alloy with extruded at 370℃ and extrusion ratio of 32 can obtain homogeneous microstructure and desirable mechanical properties.
