摘  要:目的研究三叶鬼针草Bidens pilosa的黄酮苷类成分。方法采用硅胶柱、凝胶柱、中压制备、高速逆流等色谱技术分离和纯化,通过UV、IR、1D和2D NMR等谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从三叶鬼针草95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到6个黄酮苷类化合物,分别鉴定为2(R/S)-异奥卡宁-(3′,4′-二甲醚)-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1a/1b)、槲皮素-3,4′-二甲醚-7-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3,4′-二甲醚-7-O-芸香糖苷(3)、(Z)-6-O-(6′-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-6,7,3′,4′-四羟基橙酮(4)、海生菊苷(5)、奥卡宁-4-甲醚-3′-O-β-葡萄糖苷(6)。结论化合物1a/1b为新化合物,命名为鬼针草苷H。Objective To study the bioactive flavonoids from Bidens pilosa. Methods Various chromatographic methods including silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns, middle pressure liquid chromatography, and high speed counter current chromatography were applied to isolating and purifying the compounds. Their structures were confirmed based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of B. pilosa, and their structures were identified as 2(R/S)-isookanin-3, 4′-dimethyl ether-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1a-1b), quercetin-3, 4′-dimethyl ether-7-O-glucoside (2), quercetin 3, 4′-dimethyl ether-7-O-rutinoside (3), (Z)-6-O-(6′-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-6, 7, 3′, 4′-tetrahydroxyaurone (4), maritimein (5), and okanin 4-methyl ether-3′-O-β-glucoside (6). Conclusion Compound 1a-1b is a novel compound named bidenoside H.
