摘  要:为了解H4N6亚型禽流感病毒A/duck/Guangdong/W8/2011(H4N6)的来源、特征及分子演化规律,对该病毒进行了全基因组序列扩增,结合GenBank中已收录的H4N6亚型流感病毒及其他相关毒株序列进行了遗传进化分析。结果显示,该病毒的HA基因裂解位点附近的氨基酸序列为PEKASR↓GLF,符合典型低致病性禽流感病毒的特征。该病毒的HA、NA、PB2、PA和M基因与我国周边国家和地区的H4N6毒株亲缘关系较近,而其PB1、NP和NS基因与国内不同亚型的禽流感毒株亲缘关系较近;同时这些周边国家和地区均是候鸟迁徙的重要栖息地,这表明A/duck/Guangdong/W8/2011(H4N6)可能是由国外H4N6毒株随候鸟迁徙传入我国,并在鸭体内与其他禽流感毒株发生基因重组形成的重组病毒。To investigate the origin, characteristics and molecular evolution of duck-derived H4N6 sub- type avian influenza virus(AIV) isolate A/duck/Guangdong/W8/2011 (H4N6), the entire genome of the isolate was amplified and subjected to genome sequencing. The Lasergene 7. 1 and MEGA 4. 0 software were used for sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree construction of A/duck/Guangdong/WS/2011 (H4N6) with some other reference sequences in GenBank. The results indicated that the amino acid motif of the HA gene cleavage site was PEKASR ~ GLF, which is the typical characterization of the low patho- genic AIV. The HA,NA,PB2,PA and M genes of the isolate had closely related to those of H4N6 viruses isolated from the countries and regions around China,where were the habitats of migratory birds^however, the PB1, NP and NS genes of the isolate had the greatly related to those of other subtype viruses isolated in China. The results showed that A/duck/Guangdong/WS/2011(H4N6) might be a novel reassortant among ducks,which genes may have originated from H4N6 viruses isolated from the countries around China and other viruses in China.
