摘  要:目的 采用3T MRI对正常志愿者海马结构(hippocampal formation,HPF)体积进行定量测量,提出正常值参考范围,并探讨其与年龄和性别的相关性.方法 采用GE Signa EXCITE 3.0T 高分辨MRI对140例健康志愿者(男73例,女 67例,年龄10~84 岁,平均45.8岁±18.3岁)行垂直于海马长轴的斜冠状T1WI成像,用GE公司AW4.2工作站采用半自动方法计算出HPF体积,并对不同性别、年龄进行统计分析.结果 右侧HPF体积95%可信区间:男性为(2 245.43±299.45) mm3,女性为(2 113.87±292.02) mm3;左侧HPF 体积95%可信区间:男性为(2 182.97±286.44) mm3,女性为(2 043.89±311.02) mm3.男性海马体积大于女性(P<0.05);年龄与HPF体积之间为负相关(P<0.01).双侧HPF体积及HPF总体积在各年龄段存在着显著性组间差异(P<0.01).结论 3T MRI可以客观显示海马结构,对海马大小正常值范围的提出,对诊断海马病变尤其癫痫具有重要的参考价值.Objective To measure the volume of hippocampal forma'd^n (HPF) in normal Chinese, and to explore the relation- ship between the volume and age, and that between volume and gender. Methods 140 volunteers were examined with high resolu tion magnetic resonance imaging. Oblique coronal T1 weighted images vertical to axial of hippocampal were performed . The volume of HPF was calculated in semi-automatic manner . The volume data of different gender and age were analyzed with t test and variance analysis . Results HPF volume of right and left HPF were (2 245.43±299.45)mm2 ,(2 182.97±286.44) mm3 in male; and (2 113.87±292.02) mm2 and {2043.89±311.02) mmainfemale. There was difference between bilateral HPF volume in male was significantly higher than that in female (P〈0.05) and gender. The correlation analysis indicated negative correlation exits between bilateral HPF volume and age {P〈0.01 }. Conclusion Statistical analysis indicated that the correlation between HPF volume and ages,and that between volume and gender was found. The difference of HPF volumes between male and female was significant. The HPF volume of was negatively related to ages. The volume of right HPF was larger than that of left side , but showed no statistical differences.
