摘  要:目的 探讨脑内血肿微创术后颅骨碎屑脑内残留的CT影像特征.方法 回顾性分析46例脑内血肿硬通道微创清除术前及术后CT检查资料并用动物模拟实验进行证实.结果 硬通道脑内血肿微创术后颅骨碎屑脑内残留占69.6%(32/46).单发与多发各占50%(16/32).砂粒状占81.3%(26/32).不规则形占18.7%(6/32).结论 沿穿刺通道分布的单发或多发砂粒状、不规则形高密影是脑内血肿微创清除术后颅骨碎屑脑内残留的特征性CT表现.Objective To investigate the CT features of residual skull debris after minimally invasive surgery of intracerebral hematoma. Methods 46 cases with minimally invasive surgery of intracerebral hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. All of cases were scanned by CT preoperatively and postoperativly, and it was confirmed by animal experiment. Results After minimally inva- sive surgery of intracerebral hematoma, patients with residual cranial debris accounted for 69. 6% (32/46), which with single or multiple debris each accounted for 50 % ( 16/32), with grit shape accounted for 81.3% (26/32), with irregular shape accounted for 18.7% (6/32). Conclusion Characteristic CT features of skull debris postoperatively are demonstrated by remaining the high density shadows distributed along the puncture channel, which are single or multiple, sand-like or irregular shape.
