摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(CKD)具有高患病率、高死亡率、高医疗卫生支出等特点,已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题。高血压是肾脏病和心血管疾病发生发展的危险因素,它既是CKD的原因又是其并发症,对CKD患者危害极大。因此高血压管理对于CKD伴发高血压患者极其重要。家庭血压监测(HBPM)是指患者在家庭中进行的自我血压测量,是对诊室血压及动态血压的补充。本文就目前HBPM对CKD伴发高血压患者的诊断分级、血压管理价值及预后评价等方面做一综述,以期为HBPM进一步应用和推广提供参考。Summary Chronic kidney disease （CKD） is a common chronic progressive disease with high prevalence, mortality and health costs, which has been increasingly drawn attention as an impressing public health issue. Hypertension is a major risk factor for the progression of CKD, which has a significant association with the causes and consequences of CKD. Therefore, it is indispensable to pay more attention to the diagnosis and treatment in hypertensive patients with CKD. Home Blood Pressure Monitoring （HBPM） is a self-measured blood pressure approach taken by patients at home. Due to its specific strength of technology and accuracy, HBPM is gradually accepted in both health care practitioners and patients. And emerging data suggests that HBPM plays an important role in BP obtained in clinics in diagnosing, predicting target-organ damage and prognosis.
