摘 要:休克,一个古老而仍具挑战性的课题,无论是战时,还是平时,其发生率和死亡率都很高。资料显示失血休克占战伤死亡的近50%,且80%的死亡发生在伤后30min内,因此战创伤休克的早期救治在战创伤救治中非常重要。War wound and trauma are the important public hazards in modern society and warfare. Its mortality has advanced to the third place in the profile of diseases mortality. Traumatic hemorrhagic shock is an important complication of war wound and trauma, and accounts for about 50% early death of war wound or trauma. In recent years, some new concepts and measures such as damage control resuscitation, limited fluid resuscitation, new types of resuscitation fluids and anti-shock agents, and new mechanisms for cardiovascular disorder are brought forward following traumatic-hemorrhagic shock. A brief comment and h, ture suggestions were discussed in this paper.
