摘  要:目的研究简要行为疗法对慢性失眠患者睡眠及体力活动的影响。方法纳入门诊慢性失眠患者70例,分为研究组和对照组各35例。研究组予以简要行为疗法+睡眠卫生教育,对照组仅予以睡眠卫生教育,疗程4周。比较2组基线和4周末时匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(Epworth sleepiness scale,ESS)、睡眠个人信念和态度量表(beliefs and attitudes about sleep scale,DBAS)、疲劳量表-14(fatigue scale,FS-14)、国际体力活动问卷中文版长卷(international physical activity questionnaire,Chi nese vision,IPAQ)得分。结果经重复测量的方差分析,PSQI、ESS、FS-14、DBSA评分时间效应有统计学意义(均P<0.05);PSQI、ESS、FS-14、DBAS评分的时间因素和分组因素存在交互效应(均P<0.05)。对2组体力活动活跃程度分级情况进行赋值,研究组由基线至4周末的变化值高于对照组[(0.43±0.51)vs.(0.03±0.17)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论简要行为疗法联合睡眠卫生教育,不仅可有效改善慢性失眠患者的睡眠状况,并能够提高其日间体力活动水平。Objective To assess the effect of brief behavioral treatment (BBTI) with sleep hygiene education on sleep and the level of physical activity in adults with chronic insomnia. Methods Seventy adult patients with chronic in- somnia were assigned to either intervention group (IG, n=35) or control group (CG, n=35). Intervention group received 4-session BBTI plus sleep hygiene education in 2 face-to-face intervention sessions and 2 telephone calls whereas con- trol group received 4-session sleep hygiene education only. Outcomes including International physical activity question- naire (IPAQ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Fatigue Scale (FS-14) and Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep Scale (DBAS) were evaluated at baseline and at the end of the 4th week treatment. Results The repeated-measure muhivariate analyses of variance showed significant interaction effects between treatment group and time in PSQI, ESS, FS-14 and DBSA (all P〈0.05). The total physical activity level was significantly improved in IG than in CG [(0.43±0.51) vs. (0.03±0.17), P〈0.05]. Conclusion BBTI is an effective intervention to improve the sleep and physical activity for chronic insomnia.
