摘　　要：维那卡兰是第一个心房选择性的钠-钾通道双重抑制剂,可用于新发房颤的成年患者的复律治疗,转复率高、起效快、不良反应少,不引起尖端扭转性室速。本文对维那卡兰的药理作用机制、药动学和药效学特点、近年来临床试验的结果及其抗心律失常作用安全性等作一综述。Vernakalant was the first atrial selective sodium/potassium channel dual inhibitor. Vernakalant could be used for recent- onset atrial fibrillation with high conversion rate, rapid onset, and fewer adverse reaetions and without torsades de pointes ventricular taehyeardia. In this paper, the mechanism of its pharmacological aetion, the eharacteristics of pharmacokinetics and pharmaeodynamics, the results of clinical trials and the safety of antiarrhythmic effect were reviewed and discussed.
