摘　　要：男性生殖道CD52 （male reproductive tract CD52, mrt-CD52）也被称为Campath-1和HE-5．是一种精子成熟抗原，存存于成熟精子膜和精浆中。近年来的研究发现mrt-CD52阻碍了男性生殖系统中补体经典途径的激活，它是一种在男性生殖系统中调节补体免疫的重要调节因子。此外，目前认为mrt-CD52存附睾内糖酰化获得的蛋向质侧链寡糖可能用作避孕疫苗靶抗原的精子蛋白。mrt-CD52的研究不仅能促进男性不育治疗的发展．Male reproductive tract CD52 （mrt-CD52） also called Campath-land HE-5, is a kind of mature sperm antigen, exists in mature sperm membrane and seminal plasma. In recent years, it has been reported that the mrt-CD52 hindered the activation of complement classical path- way in male reproductive system, which is an important regulated factor for regulating immune com- plement in male reproductive system. In addition, it has been found that mrt-CD52 may be used as a contraceptive vaccine. To study the mrt-CD52 can not only promote the development of male fertility treatment, but also have a great application value in the field of new immunological contraception vaccine.
