点扎埋线法重睑成形术的远期效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察点扎埋线法重睑成形术的远期效果，探索一种新的重睑术式。方法将3648例单睑者随机分成A、B两组，A组1824例，采用点扎埋线法重睑成形术；B组1824例，采用传统埋线法重睑成形术；将两组手术效果进行比较。结果2508例术后获随访12个月，其中A组1257例，包括薄睑者734例和较厚睑者523例；B组1251例，包括薄睑者730例和较厚睑者521例。随访结果，薄睑者的重睑形态满意率A组略高于B组，两组比较，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义；较厚睑者的重睑形态满意率A组高于B组，两组比较，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。术后60个月，两组重睑维持良好率，A组高于B组，两组薄睑者比较和两组较厚睑者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论点扎埋线法重睑成形术在重睑形态满意率及重睑远期维持良好率方面均优于传统埋线法重睑成形术，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore a new double eyelid method, we observed long-term effect of ＂point and ligation＂ buried suture. Methods 3648 cases with single eyelid were randomly divided into 2 groups. ＂Point and ligation＂ hurried suture was applied in Group A （1824 case） and simple buried suture was used in Group B （1824 cases ） as a comparison. Results 2508 cases were received postoperative follow up for 12 months. Group A （1257 cases） contained 734 thin eyelids and 523 thick eyelids. Group B （1251 cases） contained 730 thin eyelids and 521 thick eyelids. The postopereative follow-up revealed that the satisfactory rate of thin eyelid in group A was higher than that of group B, but there was no statistically significant difference be- tween group A and group B in the thin eyehd patients （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The satisfactory rate of the thick eyelid in group A was higher than that in group B. Statistic difference was found between group A and group B in the thick eyelid patients （ P〈0.01 ）. The effect of follow up period （60 monthes） in group A was supertor to that in group B. The maintenance well rate between the thin eyelid and the thick eyelid palient in both groups was significant different （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Point and ligation＂ buried suture is superior to simple buried suture in the rate of postoperative satisfaction and long-term effect. It is worthy of promotion.
