摘 要:用9组不同齿形参数的短齿榫铣刀,对落叶松指接材进行了正交试验,确定了最优短齿榫铣刀的齿形参数,并给出了其精度范围。这种短齿榫铣刀的推广和应用能节约木材、减少动力消耗。验证试验中测定了5个树种,脲醛树脂胶指接材的静曲强度、弹性模量、顺纹抗拉及抗压强度和冲击韧性。结果表明,各项指标均能满足实际使用要求。This test applied nine groups of short tooth tenon with different tooth shapes parameter to conduct orthogonal test for finger joint wood of larch. The optimum tooth shape parameter for milling knife of short tooth tenon and their ranges of precision were determined. This knife can save wood and reduce the power consumption. We measured the static bending strength, the elasticity modulus, tensile strength, and the cruising strength and impact thoughness along the grain of finger joint wood for ureaformaldehyde resin adhensive to five species of trees under test and verification. The results showed that all indexes meet the requirements of effective application.
