摘 要:研究了用MCI—GEL树脂分离富集钯的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,钯与二甲基亚砜形成的配合物,能被MCI—GEL树脂吸附。当溶液中二甲基亚砜体积分数为2.5%,盐酸的浓度在0.5—2.0mol·L^-1之间,整个体系反应5min,过柱流速为2ml·min^-1时,Pd(Ⅱ)可与Pt(Ⅳ),Fe(III),Ni(II),Cu(II),Zn(Ⅱ)离子定量分离,且钯的萃取率可达99%以上。通过实验发现MCI-GEL树脂材料对钯的萃取容量为2mg·g^-1,1ml二甲基亚砜能够完全洗脱富集物。文中初步探讨了二甲基亚砜固相萃取钯的机制,并对合成试样进行了分离和测定,表明该方法是一种高效、快捷,节约试剂,分离富集钯的良好方法。The behavior and conditions for separation and enrichment of Pd from other metal ions by MCI-GEL resin were studied. The results showed that complex of palladium (Pd) and dimethyl sulfoxide could be adsorbed completely by MCI-GEL resin. Pd could be quantitatively separated from Pt( IV), Fe( III ), Ni( II ), Cu( II ) and Zn( II ) by adsorption. The extraction rate of Pd was higher than 99% when the dimethyl sulfoxide volume fraction was 2.5% , the concentration of hydrochloric acid was in the range of 0.5 - 2.0 mol .L-1, the flow rate was 2 ml.min-1, and the system reacted 5 min. MCI-GEL resin material for Pd extraction ca- pacity was 2 mg.g^-1 , and 1 ml dimethyl sulfoxide was enough to elution enrichment. The mechanism of solid-phase extraction of Pd with dimethyl sulfoxide was investigated. This method was applied in the separation and determination of Pd in synthetic water sample with satisfactory results. The results suggested that the method could be an efficient, fast and reagent saving process for separation and pre-concentration of Pd.
