摘 要:为研制防治缓慢葡萄球菌(S.lentus)病的药物制剂,本研究将熊果酸和柠檬苦素配伍,以体外抑制S.lentus的最佳组合组成熊果酸和柠檬苦素合剂,应用于人工感染S.lentus的小鼠的治疗及预防保护试验。结果表明,熊果酸和柠檬苦素按3∶2组合时抑菌效果最佳,最低抑菌浓度为3.13 mg/mL;熊果酸和柠檬苦素合剂的治疗剂量为15 mg/kg时小鼠死亡率为27.3%,感染对照组的死亡率为69.7%;熊果酸和柠檬苦素合剂的预防剂量为10 mg/kg时小鼠死亡率为12.1%,感染对照组的死亡率为66.7%,证明熊果酸和柠檬苦素合剂对S.lentus病具有明显的防治作用。To evaluate the Chinese herbal compound of ursolic acid with limonin for treatment and prevention of Staphylococcus lentus disease, the compatibility of the ursolic acid and limonin against S.lentus was optimized/n vitro and applied in treating the mice artificially infected with S.lentus and prevention tests. The results showed that the bacteriostatic effect was the most efficient at a ratio of 3:2 for ursolic acid and limonin combination, and the MIC was 3.13 mg/mL of each component to inhibit S.lentus. In addition, the mice were artificially infected with 4.8 × 107 cfu/mouse of S.lentus via intraperitoneal injection and treated with high (25 mg/kg), medium (20 mg/kg) and low (15 mg/kg) dosage of the compound by oral ademistration twice a day for 4 successive days, the mortality were 6.1%, 12.1% and 27.3%, in different treating dosage of the compound, respectively, comparing with the mortality of 69.7% in the control group. Moreover, prevention test by the treatment prior to artificially infection, the mortality were 12.1% in low dosage group and 66.7% in control group, but no death in the high and medium dosage groups. The data showed that the combination of ursolic acid and limonin had the potential application in treatment and prevention for S.lentus infection.
