唐山市531例老年女性骨外伤住院患者分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年女性骨外伤的临床特征。方法对唐山市骨科医院2011年1月～2011年12月收治的年龄≥60岁女性进行描述性分析。结果以骨折为主,受伤部位多为下肢(75.0%)、上肢(17.1%);摔伤、跌落伤占78.0%,为老年女性骨外伤发生的主要原因;54.0%的调查对象在步行过程中发生伤害;老年女性骨外伤多发生于第3季度(176例,33.1%),在时间分布上,则多发生于上午9～10时及下午18～19时;以急诊就诊为主,占81.2%,78.9%手术治疗,80.2%治愈出院。结论摔伤或跌落伤是老年女性人群骨外伤防治的优先问题,应积极开展相关伤害的预防控制工作,减少老年女性骨外伤的发生以及骨外伤对老年女性健康和生活的影响。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of the hospitalized elder female bone trauma patients in a hospital of Tangshan City, in order to understand the clinical features and medical expenses of elder bone trauma women. Methods Descriptive analysis method was applied to analyze the clinical features of hospitalized female bone trauma patients, who were over 60 and admitted by an orthopedics specialty hospital in Tangshan from Jan 1,2011 to Dec 31, 2011. Results The fracture was the main type of bone trauma, and the injured part were mostly the upper limbs （75.0%） and lower limbs （ 17.1% ）. 78.0% of bone injury were due to falls, which was the important cause. 54. 0% of the subjects got injured when they were walking. Most of bone trauma occurred in the third season of the year （ 176 cases, 33.1% ）, while within a day, it mostly occurred at 8：00-9：00 am and 18：00-19：00 pm. Admission condition was mainly at urgent department, accounting 81.2%. Meanwhile patients with complications were 11.9%. Of all the patients, 78. 9% patients were undergone the surgery and cure rate were 80. 2%. Conclusions Hurt and falls were top reason led to bone fracture in elder women and more attention should be paid in the prevention and control of bone trauma of elder women. Cor- responding preventive and controlling work should be carried out in the elder female crowd in order to reduce the occurrence of bone trauma and its influence to their health and life.
