摘  要:采用溶液共混方法制备羊毛角蛋白/羟甲基纤维素钠共混膜,进行含水率、透气率、溶失率的性能测试,并利用红外光谱检测对共混膜的结构进行表征,试验结果表明:力学性能优良的共混膜含水率10%~15%,透气率75~85g/m2·h,溶失率80%~88%,共混原料配比和山梨醇用量对以上性能影响较大,共混时间影响最小。红外光谱分析表明:共混膜内部分子间存在强烈的氢键作用。wool keratin/hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium blend membranes were prepared by solution blending method. The water - content, air - permeability and dissolve - loss rate of the blends were tested and the structure of the blend membrane was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR). Experimental results show that the water - content, air - permeability and dissolve - loss rate of the blend membranes with good mechanical property the raw material ratio and amount of sorbitol have great influence is 10% - 15% , 75 - 85g/m2 · h and 80% - 88% respectively, on the above properties, but blending time shows little effect. IR shows there is strong hydrogen bonding interaction between the molecules of wool keratin and hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium in the blend membrane.
