摘  要:利用不同鞣制程度的铬鞣革作为微生物诱导培养基的一种成分,在诱导培养基中接种青霉菌并在28℃条件下摇床培养一定时间,由于青霉菌在生长过程中利用皮胶原作为其所需的碳源和氮源,因此可达到降解铬鞣革的作用。试验测定了铬鞣革经青霉菌降解前后质量、蛋白含量以及Cr2O3含量的变化;同时分析了青霉菌降解前后铬鞣革的机械性能和热稳定性的变化。结果表明:经过青霉菌降解后,铬鞣革的质量、蛋白含量和Cr2O3含量均有所减少,同时铬鞣革的机械性能和热稳定性降低,说明霉菌对铬鞣革具有一定程度的降解作用;并且随着铬鞣革中Cr2O3含量的增加,铬鞣革的机械性能和热稳定性增强,降解后铬鞣革的这2项性能降低的程度有所减弱,表明随着铬鞣革中的Cr2O3含量的增加,其耐生物降解性能增强。In this experiment, the chrome tanned leather with different chrome contents were biodegraded as an ingredient of induction medium by penicillium in a incubator shaker for a certain time under, the condition of 28 ℃. The quality, protein content and Cr2O3 content of the chrome tanned leather were measured, also the mechanical capacity and thermal stability of the chrome tanned leather were analyzed before and after degradation by penicillium. Results show that the quality of the chrome leather, protein content and Cr2O3 content are decreased, also the mechanical behaviores and thermal stability of the chrome leather are reduced after the degradation of the mold. These phenomena show that penicillium has a certain degree of degradation on chrome tanned leather. In addition, with the increase of Cr2O3 content in leather, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the chrome leather are enhanced and meanwhile the degree of reduction of them after degradation is weakened. All of these show that chrome tanned leather resistance to biodegradation of penicillium will enhance with the increase of Cr2O3 content in the leather .
